Value Proposition

This place presents opportunities to escape the familiar and into something that you hardly experience every day in your life. It is a popular tourist spot and it is also a crowded place. The moment we walked out from the market, it felt like two different world.

Filipino Street Stalls are near to the sea, people can visit there to enjoy the sunset view, especially for the tourists. It is one of the tourist attractions along the waterfront in Kota Kinabalu. In addition, tourists can try our local unique sauce called “sambal belacan” served with the fish. Besides grilled fish, there is also selling fresh sea weed and Latto which are very delicious and refreshing. These are the local food for ‘bajau”, they like to eat sea weed, kilau and latto as their main course.

The seafood there are very fresh as the landing port is just located behind Central market and the hawkers have easy supply from the fishermen directly. On the other hand, customers can choose their flavours with different serving sauces and the workers will grill the food for them on the spot. (Please view for more pictures in the Gallery site)
