The owner of the “Goreng Kuih Lobak” who we met in the stall is a
Chinese man. He is very low key, wearing a cap and very focus on his cooking. He seems like not willing to talk with us. He
said he is busy and not allowed us to record a video on him, but we manage to
ask few questions. The owner started his business mainly because of his father. His father had experience with cooking
Kuih Lobak Goreng and selling it before. His father passed the business to him and teaching him the way to
cook the Kuih Lobak Goreng so that he can sell it by his own.
